Nuvolo is a scoped application built entirely on the ServiceNow NOW Platform. With any Nuvolo subscription, ServiceNow provides all Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS), whereas Nuvolo extends ServiceNow data tables and workflow to create purpose-built applications for Real Property, Facility, and Asset Management. This architecture allows federal clients to consolidate systems and deliver shared services with multiple applications sharing one IaaS/ PaaS/ SaaS delivering substantial efficiencies and better controls under the FedRAMP Authorized ServiceNow (High Risk/ DoD IL-5) advanced high availability architecture.
Nuvolo accessibility conformance documentation therefore exists as an extension of ServiceNow accessibility documentation, which can be found at the following ServiceNow site: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/accessibility/page/administer/accessibility-508-compliance/concept/product_accessibility.html
Nuvolo accessibility conformance has also been tested (as an extension of ServiceNow) with the following VPAT results provided here:
